Ms. copié par Johannes Parvus sous le pontificat de Paul III, en 1545 comme on le lit au f. 98 [100]: «Jo. Parvus scripsit 1545.» Une certaine partie du répertoire est cependant plus ancienne, comme le motet d'Isaac (no 13) qui a probablement été exécuté à Constance le 15 août 1507 (Dunning, 41).
