Copied by Johann Wircker (inscription on f. 2). Probably copied in Borna or Wittenberg (HoffFM); sent to Augsburg by Johann Wircker (dedication to Augsburg city council on f. 1). Bookplate of Augsburg Stadtbibliothek inside front cover. Later transferred to Bayerische Staatsbibliothek in Munich.

i paper + 40 parchment + i paper folios, 585 x 382. Eight original folios now missing between new ff. 13/14; four folios missing between new ff. 37/38. Modern ink foliation, 1-39, by J. J. Maier (many folios lack numbers, but all included in enumeration except one folio following f. 4). Modern covers of brown paper over cardboard, with leather spine; two leather thongs. No index. Copied by Johann Wircker (inscription on f. 2); see general index for other manuscripts copied by the same scribe. Staff height 29. No initials or decoration.
