Copied by Johann Wircker (inscription on f. 2). Probably copied in Borna or Wittenberg (HoffFM); sent to Augsburg by Johann Wircker (dedication to Augsburg city council on f. 1). Bookplate of Augsburg Stadtbibliothek inside front cover. Later transferred to Bayerische Staatsbibliothek in Munich.

Maier (many folios lack numbers, but all included in enumeration except one folio following f. 4). Modern covers of brown paper over cardboard, with leather spine; two leather thongs. No index. Copied by Johann Wircker (inscription on f. 2); see general index for other manuscripts copied by the same scribe. Staff height 29. No initials or decoration.
