A bifolio, apparently the only surviving remnants of a larger musical manuscript. Copied by a single scribe. Of German origin. Recovered from binding of MS Lat. 22098 in Handschriften-Inkunabelabteilung of this library.

Modern pagination, 1-4. Modern blue-gray paper wrapper. Copied by a single scribe. Staff height 16. No initials or decoration. Watermark similar or identical to Briquet #2447.

Ca. 1450-60. Of German origin.
