General Description

A Gradual-Antiphonal with a single polyphonic piece, 'En mitten in des lebens zeyt,' on ff. 89-90. Possibly copied at the former Benedictine monastery in Ebersberg (southern Bavaria). Once owned by Ebersberg monastery; transferred to Bayerische Staatsbibliothek during 19th century.

Original covers of black leather over wooden boards, with blind-stamped fleur-de-lis pattern; clasps lost. No index. Polyphonic piece, "En mitten in des lebens zeyt," on ff. 89-90, copied in white mensural notation. Inked Gothic initials. Watermark: ox head surmounted by cross (Ward).
