Folios now mounted on modern paper folios, 370 x 450mm. New covers of brown leather and green cloth over cardboard; spine tooled in gold with inscription: 'VOCAL MUSIC / 17 & 18 CENTURY / VOL. II.' (MS 1018 now bound with MSS Tenbury 1015, 1016, 1017, and 1019; only MS 1018 is within scope of this catalogue.)

48 paper folios, 279-92 x 370-6, now mounted on modern paper folios, 370 x 450. New pencil foliation, 1-48. New covers of brown leather and green cloth over cardboard; spine tooled in gold with inscription: "VOCAL MUSIC / 17 & 18 CENTURY / VOL. II." (MS 1018 now bound with MSS Tenbury 1015, 1016, 1017, and 1019; only MS 1018 is within scope of this catalogue). No index. Score format, with pre-drawn barlines; one piece partly in lute tablature. Copied by one main scribe and several additional scribes. Staff height 11. No initials or decoration. Watermark: two pillars with grape cluster (not in Briquet or Heawood).

Late 16th or early 17th century. Copied in England. Later owned by Sir Frederick Ouseley (1825-89), founder of St. Michael's College (near Tenbury, Worcester). Bequeathed to St. Michael's College; deposited in Bodleian Library in 1979.
