i + 181 + i paper folios, 367 x 240-5. Several original folios now missing. Folios in very poor condition due to severe ink corrosion; some music now illegible. Attributions, titles, etc. partly or completely obliterated by later trimming. Old (but not original) and modern foliation combined to form single system, 2-181 (f. 1 now missing; "74" applied to two consecutive folios). Rebound in modern parchment covers. No index. Copied by one main scribe, with later restorations by several other scribes. Staff height 15. Inked calligraphic initials. Watermarks (not in Briquet): (1) crossed arrows surmounted by six-pointed star; (2) three shields on circle.
