ii + i + 82 + i paper folios, 633 x 448. (Front original flyleaf, with index, is fragment only, ca. 170 x 448). Composite of originally separate fascicles assembled ca. 1560 (BraunerP). Original ink foliation, i-lxxxii, on upper right rectos. Modern pencil foliation, 1-83, on lower center rectos (excludes front modern flyleaf, original index fragment, and rear modern flyleaf). Rebound in modem covers of vellum over boards, but dark parchment from original binding pasted over newer vellum. Original index (see above) lists Masses in order of appearance.

Copied by Johannes Parvus (LlorCS); see general index for other manuscripts copied by the same scribe. Staff height 28. Inked calligraphic initials. Watermark: crossed arrows surmounted by six-pointed star (not in Briquet; see BraunerP for other manuscripts with same mark).
