8 gatherings: quaternions, t 4: III, gathering 8: III-5; in gathering 5, in the outer sheets held together by folding, fols 7 and 8 are put together wrongly; the proper order of the pages is in (36v), 38v, 38r, 37r, 38v, (39r). Copied by Scribe: D (possibly Richard von Genua). From the Court Library (Hofbibliothek).

Kept in a new, grey cardboard cover. On the front endpaper is the Exlibris of the electoral library from 1630 (Dreßler B 3 aa). On 1r are the old shelfmarks: Mus. 59, Mus. M.S. No 60.
