General Description

From the Cistercian monastery of Salem. It contains on f. 142r /v some entries from the 15th Century (Ordinariumssätze), including the only two-part Kyrie. Contents: f. 1-3 remnants of a manuscript of the 15th Century with Ordinariumssätzen; f. 4v-90r Proper of time; f. 90v-133v Proper of saints; f. 134ff. Ordinary and hymns.

RISM Description

RISM BIV/3: 13/15. Jh.; 156 Blätter Pergament, 362 x 270 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-155 (+ Blatt 130a); alte Foliierung von f. I-CLIIII ( = moderne f. 4ff.). Je Seite 10 rote Vierliniensysteme (f. 142r zum Teil Fünfliniensysteme) mit Quadratnotation - Einband: mit weißem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel, Blindpressung, Schließen; eingeritzt: 1607; Aufschrift: Graduale pro choro abba[tiae].

Dieses aus dem 13. Jh. stammende Graduale aus dem Zisterzienserkloster Salem enthält auf f. 142r/v einige Eintragungen aus dem 15. Jh. (Ordinariumssätze), darunter das einzige zweistimmige Kyrie.

Inhalt: f. 1-3 Reste einer Handschrift des 15. Jh. mit Ordinariumssätzen ; f. 4v-90r Proprium de tempore; f. 90v-133v Proprium de Sanctis; f. 134ff. Ordinarium und Hymnen.
