Dieses aus dem 13. Jh. stammende Graduale aus dem Zisterzienserkloster Salem enthält auf f. 142r/v einige Eintragungen aus dem 15. Jh. (Ordinariumssätze), darunter das einzige zweistimmige Kyrie.
