There is an old foliation in red-blue which is largely cut away after f. 203. At t.r.r. there is a probably 18th century ink foliation. The plain chocolate brown leather binding over wooden boards probably dates from the 19th century. The contents are the Miracles of Gautier de Coincy in an angular minuscule script with blue-red initials or vice versa and several variously coloured miniatures. Also in the volume are Wace's "Conception of Our Lady" and some saints' lives. The polyphony, one piece only, is written in Notre Dame type notation on 7 accolades of 2 red five-line staves per page. On f. 1v-2 the notes have mainly the appearance of breves. There are occasional four-line staves, too.
